v0.1 — 2026-07-13
Terms & Conditions
These draft terms describe the current VinylReach beta. They are written to match the product as it works today.
Accounts and invitations
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in, and use only invitations issued to you. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Tokens and purchases
Tokens meter access to cost-bearing services. Before self-serve payments launch, tokens are granted only through staff-approved requests. Tokens are not cash and availability may change during beta.
Workspace data
Workspace records, messages, settings, and activity belong to that workspace. Discovery evidence may be shared across VinylReach to improve matching without exposing another workspace’s private conversations.
Deletion and Undo
Some records can be soft-deleted and restored through Undo. Security, billing, and append-only audit records may be retained where necessary for integrity, law, or dispute handling.
Outreach channels
You are responsible for lawful contact, consent, message content, and compliance with email, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channel rules. VinylReach does not grant permission to contact anyone.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse providers, evade limits, probe systems, upload unlawful material, impersonate others, spam, or use VinylReach to harm people or services.
Beta availability
VinylReach is a beta service. Features, sources, limits, and results can change, pause, or be withdrawn. We do not promise an SLA or that every source will contain a lead.
Privacy and GDPR basics
We process account, workspace, usage, and support data to provide and secure the service. Use Requests for access or deletion questions. A full privacy notice and lawful-basis review must accompany public launch.
Liability
Use search, contact, booking, and royalty evidence as leads to verify, not professional advice or guaranteed outcomes. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Draft for owner/legal review. Do not rely on this v0.1 text as final legal advice or a completed privacy notice.
